In 2001 in Miami, a new party started at OPIUM on Thurs night called Betty Ford. The orginal dj was flown in from LA and was said to have an eclectic style, his name was DJ AM. I was living in Miami at the time and was asked to fill in for AM. This was a mix that was created for this party. It is multi genres, all mixed and a precursor to the mash-up party rockin' style.
